BANG FACE Weekender 2026 - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchase or reservation via deposit of a ticket signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1 - TICKETS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE
1.1 - Age restrictions: Strictly 18 years and over.
1.2 - Ticket touting and reselling online is strictly prohibited.
1.3 - By default, prices and fees are listed in (£) pounds sterling (GBP).
1.4 - Other currencies will display if purchasing from outside the UK.
2 - METHODS OF PAYMENT AND PROVIDER
2.1 - Ticket payments are processed through Easol. There are two payment options: Digital Bank Transfer or Card Payment. You are responsible for any associated bank charges or currency conversion fees when using bank transfers. Payment deadlines will be provided in your order confirmation and are also displayed in your Group Account.
2.2 - All tickets are subject to a £12 booking fee per person.
2.3 - When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us once the Group Account has been completed and your unique entry code has been sent via email.
3 - TAX CHARGES
3.1 - VAT is included in all ticket prices.
4 - PURCHASER SECURITY
4.1 - All transactions are processed by Easol and are 100% secure.
5 - PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 - It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure all payments are made within the agreed time period. Failure to settle the balance within the time limit will result in the loss of your deposit amount and any payments made to date plus the cancellation of your order.
5.2 - It is the purchaser's responsibility to be the point of contact for any unresolved damage claims that arise in relation to the allocated accommodation.
5.3 - Failure to determine individual liability amongst a group will result in all associated costs being passed on to the purchaser. This will apply even if the purchaser does not attend the event in person.
5.4 - For the avoidance of doubt, the 'purchaser' is the individual who pays for the ticket(s) in full or makes the initial deposit payment.
6 - eTICKETS
6.1 - All ticketing and group organisation is fully electronic - so no printed tickets or forms will be posted out.
6.2 - All ticket holders must register their details in their Group Account within the timeframe agreed at the point of purchase: Title, Full Name, Date of Birth, Home Address, Phone, Email.
6.3 - Your booking is complete when you have made all the required payments and entered all the information into your Group Account.
6.4 - You will need your unique eTicket Ref to check in to the event with matching photo ID.
7 - PROOF OF ID
7.1 - Everyone attending the event must present photo ID upon arrival. Valid forms of ID: Passport or Driving Licence.
7.2 - Ticket-holders must ensure that their photo ID matches their name and info registered in their Group Account.
8 - TICKET DEPOSITS & PAYMENT PLANS
8.1 - A deposit payment constitutes 25% of your order total and you must settle the balance within the agreed timeframe outlined at the point of purchase.
8.2 - Payment Plans must be settled within the agreed timeframe outlined at the point of purchase. There is an additional £10 fee included in the payment plan.
8.3 - All remaining balances can be paid via your Group Account.
8.4 - Log-in details for your Group Account will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.
8.5 - Failure to settle the financial balance within the time limit will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your payment(s).
9 - SITE TERMS FOR ACCOMMODATION
9.1 - There is a £5 Site Charge per person included in all ticket prices corresponding to the accommodation size.
9.2 - You will be charged extra if there is any cleaning work needed (including smoking), you’ve damaged anything, stuff is missing or you check out late. This will be done by us sending you a Resort report and invoice for the damages. You will need to cover payment of this within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in your Group not being able to attend future events.
9.3 - You must be out of your accommodation by 10am on Monday and off resort by 11am on Monday. You will be charged £20 per person for not leaving your accommodation on time.
10 - REFUND POLICY
10.1 - All tickets are non-refundable. Exceptions apply only if events are cancelled, or if Bang Face Weekender has been negligent or breached the contract. Refunds will not be given if events are cancelled due to 'Acts of God' or for reasons such as terrorism, war, biological action, data problems, licence breaches, national mourning for people over 65, European pension reform, labour disputes, venue closures, foot and mouth, SARS, avian flu, swine flu, Covid-19, other similar transmissible diseases, national or local lockdowns, or disruptions from volcanic events or other natural phenomena.
10.2 - Any refunds given will be for the face value of tickets sold and will not include the booking fee.
10.3 - No refunds will be given to any persons who are ejected for behaving offensively or carrying such items or substances as deemed prohibited by law.
11 - INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY
11.1 - The purchaser will be sent unique login details to a Group Account in their order confirmation email.
11.2 - Each member of the group will be required to login and enter their full contact details.
11.3 - Failure to provide accurate information will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your payments.
12 - INDIVIDUAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
12.1 - On arrival Security will perform individual / vehicle searches.
12.2 - If you are found in possession of illegal or prohibited items or substances (see below) you will be immediately ejected from the Resort and accommodation without entitlement to compensation.
12.3 - If on your arrival you find any items or fittings damaged or missing please report this to the Resort.
12.4 - Should you be responsible for any damage or breakages either to accommodation or to the Resort facilities during your period of stay, you will be held personally responsible and liable to pay immediately.
12.5 - Accommodation must be left undamaged and in a clean, tidy condition no later than 10am on Monday and you must be off resort by 11am on Monday. You will be charged £20 per person for not leaving your accommodation on time.
12.6 - If you are engaged in disruptive, abusive or offensive behaviour including repeated noise pollution, you will be ejected from the Resort and accommodation without entitlement to compensation.
12.7 - Soundsystems / PAs that are deemed like to cause a noise nuisance by Security will be confiscated until Monday check out. Smaller devices for personal use within accommodation that are not likely to cause a nuisance are permitted.
12.8 - The use of blow horns or noise making devices is prohibited outside of the main music venues.
12.9 - Under no circumstance must the agreed number of people be exceeded in the accommodation.
12.10 - There will be daily welfare checks of the Resort. These will be conducted to ensure the safety of everyone attending the event and the Resort itself. If the welfare team deem it necessary they have the right to enter accommodation at any point during the event.
12.11 - We will not be held responsible for any claims after 11am on Monday event check out. Any such matters must be addressed before or at the event itself.
12.12 - We are in no way responsible for any loss or damage to your property during your stay.
12.13 - We will not be held responsible for damages or inconveniences caused by 'Acts of God'.
12.14 - You certify that you will be aged 18 years or older on the day you check in to the event.
12.15 - Any prizes related to the event have no financial value and cannot be sold or transferred.
12.16 - If you bring any costumes or party accessories, such as inflatables, to the event please make sure they are purchased from reputable suppliers and confirm to CE mark or the UKCA mark regulations.
13 - LINE UP & EVENT SCHEDULE
13.1 - The line up and event schedule of the Bang Face Weekender is subject to change.
14 - EVENT SECURITY / BANNED & PROHIBITED ITEMS
14.1 - On arrival, Security will check ID and perform individual / vehicle searches.
14.2 - Security will also operate the main venues like a club so searches will be performed on entry.
14.3 - We operate a zero tolerance policy to illegal drugs and banned / prohibited substances and items - these also include 'legal' highs, nitrous oxide and weapons / items deemed dangerous. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or items will be refused entry or removed from the site and have their tickets voided without refund. Anyone deemed to be selling illegal substances will be handed over to the authorities.
14.4 - The Resort limits the amount of alcohol that can be brought onto the site, this will be communicated to accommodation ticket holders prior to the event.
15 - PRIVACY POLICY
15.1 - We never sell your data, and you can request deletion of your information at any time. We will not have access to your financial details. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent, unless required by law. All personal data you provide is stored securely on encrypted servers accessible only to authorised BF Events staff who need access to fulfil your booking or provide customer support. We have strict security measures in place to prevent unauthorised access or misuse of your data. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and us. We will always comply with data protection legislation.
15.2 - Your email address will be added to the Bang Face mailing list. You will only receive updates about the Bang Face Weekender and other future Bang Face events or products. You can change or unsubscribe your email at any time by following the link at the bottom of each email newsletter. Your data is held securely and will never be shared with third parties.
15.3 - There will be filming and photography at the event. We may therefore use your image on websites, in press or promotions. By agreeing to these T&Cs you consent to this.

16.2 - Our most effective and preferred method of communication is email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we are kept up to date of any changes of contact details both before and after receipt of eTickets including email, contact telephone numbers and address.
